VODACOM ADD-ONS

Vodacom, without my permission and without consulting me, debited my account with a monthly amount of R 6-99. According to them it is Vodacom Contract Cover. This deduction is for insurance in case I die, so that my account will then be paid in full.

I never asked them for this cover, nor did they ever consult with me.

According to me it is ******* to add services that a consumer did not request.

I then tried to telephonically cancel the so-called cover. For some or other reason they make it as difficult as possible for a person to do that. I was, according to them, giving them wrong security information.

Vodacom is *******ly deducting money, and I guess it is not only me. I think that thousands of people are unaware of this practise. So be aware!
