I took out a contract phone in May 2019. I was give two phones a A50 and a S10 I decided to insure the S10 which was done on the 23/05/2019. I lost the S10 and put in a claim just to be told that it was under insure. I don't work at Vodacom to know how much insurance is need for a S10. they first demanded a R3000 plus and today its now R6000 plus never told that the phone was under insured who is fooling who Jackals in a sheep skin. Why was I not informed by the service provider that the phone I have a contract on was under insured. These is **************** at its best R30000 plus and R60000 plus for what. example if a buy a Lamborghini they cant let you insure a bicycle but I notice if people would like to do you in they will leave you to insure a bicycle without you knowing and that is Vodacom for you. S10 or nothing.
