Vodacom Ad error ..Black friday 2024 ..

Black friday 2024 I finally decide to upgrade my phone .. vodacom liberty mall pmb has an ad for Samsung. so I go to get my phone and goodies. I am then told it's a 36 month and not 24 month as per the ad ...I have spoken to so many people at vodacom and it us now on the onus of the store to correct the ad ...but they are passing the buck and blaming Samsung ...the store managers arrogance in this matter is unacceptable.... the ad us to be honored as consumer protection states that responsible advertising and marketing must be done! I am absolutely livid and as a very long standing vodacom customer very disappointed by their behavior and no accountability ! I would just like this to be fixed and for them to he fair .... nrs P ..
