Vodacom acts with impunity
My contract finished months ago and did not renew so went on to a month to month bases. Then when I dont pay you charge me almost 30% of my monthly fee for fines. 30% is thievery. vodacom trying to sort this out is worse than waiting for vodacom to contact me with my voip number. Why is your helpline useless? Why do you take 7 weeks to still not contact someone wanting a voip number Why do you think its ok to charge me 30% fine when I dis NOT sign a new contract and month to month Why do you offer nice packages then we must pay more to change Why do you think you can act with impunity? Why is your customer service so shockingly disgusting
Vodacom, probably the only soul sucking company I have ever had the misfortune working with. WOW you guys really $uck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So how is this, I can go to any corner shop to buy a sim with R10:00. Thats it. No checks.....so what is the point of RICA if you can side step it with Vodacom?
