Vodacom acts against consumer act

I took out a contract with a wifi pocket router yesterday (31 October) at the Woodlands Vodacom next to Game because my contract only gives me 200mb on my iphone. After some contemplation I decided whats the use of having an iPhone 7 and a pocket router that needs charging and you have to carry it around everywhere. Why have a phone with internet if you must carry around another device just to get your phone to work?

The router is still unopened and wrapped in its box - I haven't even used data. When I went to the Woodlands Vodacom shop mentioned above to return the pocket router this is was happened:

The sales assisstant couldn't help and when I asked to speak to the manager the reply was 'the manager is to busy to attend to you'.

The assistant manager Natasja Conradie refused to cancel the contract and said the shop owner Fanie Kok says no returns are allowed.

Natasja also informed that this contract isn't subject to a cooling off period. She then gave me a email address that I must mail and hear what they have to say about the whole story. The email address was of course wrong and bounced back.

This is such an abusive scenario. Vodacom prepaid data has half the amount of data than contract data (with a pocket router) for nearly the same price. So Vodacom forces a person to use two devices just to get your phone to work. Resulting in more devices that need to be charged. More electricity. More space taken up and you won't even have internet if you can't charge the router. And the routers battery lasts as long as a phones battery.

Vodacom is *****ing wherever they can. Vodacom's colour is red because its a warning that they are going to ***** from you.

All I want is for Vodacom to cancel the contract with no penalties please.
