Vodacom activated subscriptions and increased my calls limit without my permission, now I am expected to pay a huge bill which I never authorized

I have a business account with Vodacom which is billed from my employer. I then set a limit in March 2018 of R100 through my employer so that if I get charged out of bundle calls and data I do not exceed R100. I started receiving SMS notifications stating that I have reached 50% of my R500 limit. I then called Vodacom customer care line on 20-01-2019 at 21:03, the person who assisted me is Tebogo and she says my limit was increased to R500 on the 26th of November 2018 by Biki Mophuting which I never gave authorization to. She also tells me that I have 2 subscriptions activated by vodafone live that charges me up to R400 each and every month. I also never activated these subscriptions and they were not there before I'm only becoming aware of them today only because I called regarding this ridiculous billing and I am told I am already billed for these this month. Now Vodacom expects me to pay for stuff which I never authorized. Can I please get anyone from Vodacom to clarify this confusion to me because I cannot pay for subscriptions I never authorized and call limits increase I never requested.
