Vodacom acting like new contract is a favour
I have been going up and down trying to get a Vodacom contract. First Vodacom informed me that it was declined on the basis of Transunion.

That issue was resolved and I provided Vodacom with a settlement letter from MTN legal department. Now Vodacom tells me that I owe a clothing account. When i enquire with that shop there is no debt all debt has been settled on that front.

Then i provide the evidence to vodacom to show that this account has been settled then Vodacom acquisitions says that the settlement letter is not signed.

I struggled to get the letter from MTN in the first place and being taken up and down by vodacom as if its doing me a favour is not on.

I was interested in a VIP package but if this is how Vodacom treats prospective customers then maybe you should keep your service .
