Vodacom act
It is ridiculous how vodacoconducts its business, ******** even. I had a contract with them which finished in May 2022, after my last installment was debited I then called to cancel and advised that I would be on prepaid. This was not well received by their retention department, they even threatened to discontinue my number if I don't take up any contract with them. In addition to that they tried to debit my account for June and July, this after making 4 calls and sending an email to what should be customer service. I know times are tough economically but that doesn't mean they should resort to mugging consumers and harassing them.
