Vodacom accounts shocking - people overcharged
Phone numbers added to the accounts of old and disabled people is an alarming situation that Vodacom is not assisting with when queried. My husband and I both have power of attorney for family members in this situation. Vodacom never assists. Definitely against consumer rights! Their new Bot on their answering service can't even give you the option you request when calling!

11 Dec 2023, 11:54Vodacom says that they are processing this query but they continue to pester my disabled brother with calls. Two calls on Saturday, including Saturday night. Four calls this morning, starting at 6:55am. This is harrassment! Firstly I'm dealing with it, they know that I have power of attorney. Secondly, there is currently a account query being processed. Thirdly does Vodacom not have any internal communication???? Not at all professional for such a large company!

25 Feb 2024, 20:48Still waiting for a response! Very grateful that the account amount was reduced. Assumed feedback meant information would be given on the three phone numbers on the account. Do need this.
My husband still needs to be contacted because his father who has dementia still has the same problem...three numbers on his account. When my husband phones Vodacom accounts he just gets passed on to another person with no answers and no end result.
