VODACOM - ACCOUNTS DEPT - DISSAPOINTMENT
I have been a loyal client of VODACOM for +- 10 years. I currently have 9x devices registered in my name at Vodacom. A few years back we wanted to change the bank details to my fiance. For the past +- 4 years our Vodacom account/s have been debited from my Fiance's account in any case. Not one month did we skip any payment. 2 Years back we tried to move these contracts over to his name because he is in any case paying for these installments. Vodacom Brits had a problem doing this. After complaining they then tried to move each contract seperately over to his name. After a few months we went back to Vodacom to check on this. We were then informed that this couldn't be done. Yesterday my fiance went back to Vodacom again to see if he can combine his work no and personal cell no to one device, -wanting to take out another contract on his own name. Vodacom declined his application. Please note: Declined for new contract BUT his account is good enough for 4 years to pay all our Vodacom devices every month from HIS bank account. He left and went to Cell C. Immediately he was approved and they assisted him with his application. Attention Vodacom Management - Accounts: For 10 years of total commitment from my side, Isabella H Jansen van Vuuren, on the dot debit orders going off from my fiance's bank account, Raymond Raats we have decided to not upgrade any of our contract again at Vodacom. I have been a loyal customer to Vodacom for many years. We struggled to move all these contracts over from my name to his name in the first place (even after he is the one paying for these account from his own bank account), and then declining his new application. Note we have currently +- 9 devices registered at Vodacom on my name which my fiance pays every month with debit order. Our total costs per month is between R3200.00 - R3700.00 each month. Be assure that we will not upgrade any of the current devices again with Vodacom and in time after contracts expires, we will move over to a service provider that wants to help us in assisting with what we requested. This being Cell C or MTN. I cannot think why it should be such a issue in the first place for us to get the contracts moved over to my fiance's name. And then to top everything, that Vodacom declines his new application in his own name...but his name is good enough to pay +- R3500.00 each month for Vodacom cellphone contracts etc. We tried to be patient, but here is where we draw the line. 2019 is the year of drawing lines to services providers that have loyal clients not being treated with necessary assistance or effort by Vodacom in return. I think our last contract is due for upgrade in Jan.2021. In meanwhile no further upgrades will be done again at Vodacom. Vodacom must get their priorities staighten up. They are loosing good customers because of their incompentance to assist clients and making them priority. Especially clients that have been loyal to them for 10 years.
