Vodacom Accounts Department is Clueless

I have cancelled my Vodacom contract in June. I contacted the cancellations department, they sent me a "Premature Cancellation Quotation" the 15th of June 2016. The total amount due was R2510.98. I paid this amount on the 21st of June, I sent the proof of payment on the 21st of June 2016 to the following e-mail adress **********
On 2016-07-03 I received a statement from Vodacom with a credit due to me of -R1078.58.

On 2016-05-15 I received another statement from Vodatom I owe them R1759.39.

When phoning their call centre I have spoken to many people being transferred from accounts to cancellations to the ***** department. The one lady told me I have opened another account, because the cellphone number on the last account is not my number. Another lady told me that if you have a premature cancellation Vodacom creates a ghost number for you????? So another consultant advise me to go ta a shop. Which I came from now, the consultant there could also not help me.

So Vodacom is forcing me to take this further, I have spent hours on the phone and at a shop with no answer. I am very, very disgusted by this service.

I have been a loyal client for many years, and will advise all my family and friends to leave Vodacom
