Vodacom accounting and legal department.

Absolutely pathetic.

Its been more than a week now that we are struggling to get a problem solved with them,, especially the accounting department.. If you phone them, they just hang up.. If you request a call back it doesn't happen.. When they say they will call you they don't.. And the way that some of the consultants speak to you? Everytime its a different answer or story from them,, and they are unwilling to help..
