vodacom account still not resolved.

This is the 3rd time that my mother in law report this matter to Hellopeter and Vodacom but it is still not resolved.

I am sick and tired of Vodacom that is not just commiting ***** but are lieing about the fact that they do not fix your account. I was assured by several consultants that the issue is resolved and that they will give me a credit note on my next statement but is never happening. I do not want a credit note, i want my Mother in laws money that you just keep on taking to your benefit. I am taking this matter to the newspapers, this is ***** on the highest level.

They have the audacity to tell me that if she reverse the debit order that it will be bad for her credit rating, this is the second month that it happened and they have not even given her the first credit note. So she wants her money back of 2 months that was just taken without permission.

My mother in law would also like to cancel this contract, so take this as her notice month because you as Vodacom are commiting *****, so she will not be paying any penalties at all.

Good day.

My mother in law could not answer your call today, she was busy but there is nothing to discuss. She wants the money back for all the months that she was extra debited as she never received the "credit" that she was promised, she wants her refund within 48 hours. There is also nothing to discuss wrt her contract as she will no longer use her contract, the contract is paid upto end November so she will only use it till end November. So this is here notice month, she will also pay any penalties because it is because of you and your poor service that she decided to cancel it, after all the years that she was a client. If she dont get her refund within the 48 hours the matter will be taken further and we will open a court case as it is against the law to deduct money from a client that they did not agree to. She did keep all the reference numbers and names that she spoken to and will ensure it gets published.

So in closure, she will check her account within 48 hours for the refund the reflect, if not the matter will be taken further.

Good day Vodacom.

Faiek Mohamed phoned my wife and was super rude, can you please get someone else to deal with the complaint. He should not even work for Vodacom and should not even come close to Customer service department as he do not know what Customer service means. It is still unresolved.

So we have received feedback once again from Vodacom saying yes they did take a extra debit amount on the debit order, Faiek Mohamed even daid that he will send a statement to me yesterday already and guess what, not done. This also did not only happen to my mother in law but to me 2 days back when a extra debit order went off my account and the feedback from solutions department is that they will investigate. Imagine you have a car instalment every month and you budget for that debit order to go off, after you worked out your budget a extra R2000 goes off, you phone the car dealer and they say do not worry we will put a credit on your account for next month, you do not even get the credit and fo not get refunded. Vodacom you better wake up and stop *****ling money from people. I need my mother in laws MONEY no credit no nothing her money that you took from her account without permission. I will also go open a case against you today as you are *****ling money!

I have also asked that Faiek should not deal with the case anymore as he don not know customer service but it seems as if Vodacom do not mind more damage to their name, what a pitty!
