Vodacom Account shows arrears when account is in credit!?!

I've been trying this whole week to get an arrears marker off my account. I've actually never been in arrears with Vodacom and currently my account is even overpaid... I've been with Vodacom for about 20 years, and never have I had such problems like this. I'm very disappointed in you guys this week!!!!

I've also been experiencing a lot of missed calls or a bunch of calls not even coming through to my phone resulting in deliveries not being delivered etc. What's going on with your network guys?

Thanks guys, looks like the arrears marker is gone now.

But now this has taken a week, I was trying to apply for an upgrade and because you guys were stuffing around I can no longer get the deal I was looking for because it is no longer available :( ugh
