Vodacom account reappearing on credit reports as opened
The Vodacom account is now reappearing as opened on credit reports three months after i had requested it to be updated as closed. It was updated closed on 27 July 2018.
What is the reason for this because this account was closed in March 2018. My credit score is now reduced by 7 as a results. Please fix this.
