Vodacom Account Query

In November 2014, our salesrep left our employment, but kept the phone we supp**** and the contract (paid by us) when he left. We did all the necessary paperwork to handle the transfer and everything was done, except we continue to pay R365 a month contract fee. I queried this on the 08/04, the 06/05 and the 09/06, with nothing being done, and nobody coming back to us. They keep on giving me reference numbers: A6-WR8Z-Z93H6 and A1-X3FX-T3E21E. <br> <br> Surely it should not be so painful for a simple request?
