VODACOM ACCOUNT QC183546-6 - REFERENCE 5-CSRBZFLVK

I am a Vodacom customer since 1997. I have 3 contract cell phone numbers with Vodacom. The 082 number is used for business, the 063 number is used for my work and work groups and the 066 number is my private number. Every single month I pay my account in full and in time per EFT. During September 2023 I phoned Customer Care to apply for a migration on the 082 number from the Red 800 min to Red Unlimited. It was approved immediately. After two days I noticed that the migration was done on the 063 number and not on the 082 number as I requested. I immediately called Customer Care and asked them to fix it. The manager at Customer Care took over and said they would immediately do the correction and do the migration on the 082 number. It's done. Beginning of October 2023 Vodacom invoiced the 063 number for a Migration Fee of R1992.38 and also a Red 20GB Unlimited Line Rental of R1212.59 - in total R3204.97. The quotation I received when I app**** for the migration on 082 state that there won't be any Migration Fee charges. I again called Customer Care, explain the situation and again they called the Manager to handle the situation. The Manager promised me that this was a error on the side of Vodacom and that he will apply for a credit to be passed on my account. He promised that the credit note will be on my November statement. Beginning of November still no credit was passed on my account. I again called Customer Care, they again called for the Manager's help who again promised to ask the Accounts Department to speed up the credit. December 2023 all 3 my lines were suspended. I called the Customer Care Department who refers me to the Collections Department. Here I have to explain everything from the beginning again. The reconnect my lines. January my lines were suspended again. Again I phoned the Collections Department, again have to explain from the beginning. This time the Collections Department called there Manager for help. The lady promised me that there is an ongoing investigation and that she will reconnect all my lines again. She also promised me that the lines won't be suspended again and that the credit will be passed. In February Vodacom listed my account as IN ARREARS with the Credit Bureau and my credit score dropped with 19 points. Also in February the lines were suspended again. I again phoned the Collections Department who, this time, refers to another department, I do not remember the name of the specific department but a lady named Crystal Varie, Vodacom (External) <***> helped me. She promised that this will be sorted before the end of that day. She also send me emails and reconnect all my lines. Today, 25 March 2024, 6months passed already, my lines were suspended again due to ACCOUNT IN ARREARS. I've paid my account in full every month. I do pay my account in time. The amount Vodacom said my account is in arrears are R2251.88 although Vodacom have to pass a credit note of R3204.97 on my account for the invoice they incorrectly charged me in September 2023. If you compare the amount owed with the amount of the credit note that Vodacom has to pass on my account, I have been paid in advance and my account with Vodacom will be in credit by almost R1000. I am desperate looking for help. I need my lines to be in use 24/7 What can I do, where to can I go?
