VODACOM - ACCOUNT PAID IN FULL BUT CREDIT RECORD NOT UPDATED

Vodacom is the worse company ever when cancelling contract, they cancelled my contract but did not update my credit record, my account was paid in full and cancelled in August 2019, after speaking to numerous people, nothing has been done, the Credit Bureau all show I owe vodacom R1269.00

I cannot get finance because of this,
