Vodacom: Account overpaid' expecting reimbur*****t.

I closed my account with Vodacom and the day I called in to confirm closure of the account and that there were no outstanding fees, the consultant told me that in actual fact, Vodacom owes me more than three thousand Rand * I over paid Vodacom over a period of time, therefore my account is in credit.* The consultant said that she will submit a request to the accounts department for reimbur*****t. More than a month later... nothing happened and how amaizing, but not surprising, no one made contact with me to inform me that yes indeed we owe you money, lets sort this out. Instead Vodacom just kept quiet. I emailed and explained and to my frustration I have to deal with a different consultant each time, explaining the whole story over again just to get the same answer, I have to provide proof of payment that I overpaid my account each month, but how could the closure department provide me with the amount and inform me that they owe me? So they asked me to go on to the voda app and get the proofbof payments there, but I can only pull one month of payments made. Surprisingly a consultant called me, and said that Vodacom owes me R3 324, 96 and that he will send in the request so that I can receive my payment. I was so relieved. A week later nothing. No communication whatsoever. I now emailed Vodacom again, in which a consultant informs me to send proof of over-payments made. I cannot believe this. This she says, in the same email trail in which the previous consultant confirms that we spoke over the phone and the HE confirms the amount and will arrange for payment. I am fed up dealing with a different consultant each time and I am now under the impression that Vodacom is *****ing my money.

Dissatisfied, disappointed and disgusted ex' client Jolene

Vodacom. You will find in my email trail for the past few weeks I have said clearly that I am currently not available on my cellphone and I then provided 2 ways of contacting me, via email or via my other mobile number (overseas currently with an overseas number)... this is how one of your own consultants from Vodacom made contact with me, Jeremy  Meyer, on the 5th of May. I am laughing at this moment because I cannot believe this. This goes to show that you did not investigate the full email trail,  before telling me on Hello Peter that you could not reach me. Please, rather investigate the full email trail and then see what has been discussed and what contact details did I provide. Furthermore, while investigating the email trail you will find I requested statements! STILL waiting for those. This is wasting my time. Sort this out already.
