Vodacom Account in Arrears after contracts been cancelled 11 Jan 2022 and last installment paid in full

I've contacted Vodacom Cancelations on the following dates

10 July 2021 - to cancel contracts for 1.)********** 2.)********** 2 August 2021 Contacted to confirm that Cancelation was done as per the SMS I received from Vodacom. I was asked to send screen shot to prove that I had cancelled my data contracts, but invalid email address was given to me 5 August 2021 - Contacted Cancelation again where is was promised that I will be contacted to settle this matter - Call never received from Vodacom 11 January 2022 - Contacted Cancelation to cancel all 4 my numbers and was informed that my last amount will be due end Jan 2022. 3 February 2022 - Contacted Vodacom to understand why when all 4 numbers were cancelled, I still received an Invoice for the amount of R942.99 due 1 March 2022. I asked that all voice recordings be made available so that we can finalise this matter. I was informed that this will take weeks since they have a huge backlog. Spoke to Bathabile Mthembu Ref **********7015. 20 Day later and I have still not received any feedback from Vodacom on this matter.

In the mean time, I have to continue paying Vodacom every month seeing that they had me over to debt collectors if I don't pay the outstanding amount. I'm also not able to port my new contract with MTN to this number, because my Vodacom contract is still active. The result, another contract that I have to pay for that I'm not able to use thanks to Vodacom.

I want my money back for the months that they were not able to cancel my contracts.

Seems Vodacom customers have no foot to stand on.

I've still received no feedback from Vodacom except the SMS's I received for contracts to be cancelled.

Also just received a call to inform me that my Vodacom account is once again in arrears.
