Vodacom account deleted and Internet cut for no reason

Utterly abject and service from Vodacom Fibre. They cancelled my account this morning, it's now 8pm, I've spent 2 hours on the phones with them speaking to at least 7 different agents, and after confirming my account will be reinstated after they ****ed up cancelling it/technical glitch, different stories from different agents I'm still without Internet and worst of all my wife works from home and relies on it, and as such she got very little done today. Last person I spoke to, rushfika, told me that my request was sitting with a Warren person, and although he finishes work at 4.30pm (it was 4.45 at this point) she will do me the courtesy of emailing him (because in this day and age Warren apparently doesn't own a mobile device) and even though he actually has a laptop with him, he may or may not answer the mail Nd get my Internet up again. All this after an agent called lola/lala confirmed at 3.30 that by the time I get home and restart my router everything will be up and running. This is all utter bull****. I'm awaiting a jody (managers) call tomorrow morning but I know this phone call will never come. As I was promised someone will be in touch 3 times today and yet had to follow up 5 times myself. I will NEVEr recommend Vodacom to anyone, and will myself be cancelling once this contract runs out. My ref nr is SR180 ********** 26
