Vodacom Accidental Damage Insurance Cancellation

I have been trying to cancel my Vodacom Accidental Damage Insurance since last year November as I no longer have both handsets that were covered, I cannot even recall how many times I have called and been told it has been cancelled but I am still being billed every month for the cover
