Vodacom accept contracts and know that there is no stock for months

I upgrade with new laptop on 17 Nov 2022 They confirmed that they have stock, hour later they send n message that no stock available Called a lot , they said new stock available end of nov, middle desember they confirmed that Ram was to collect and deliver, even got a Ram reference number. Ram said that the reference no not correct 4 January, they then said that still have no stock and not going to receive stock this month How is it possible to advertise and accept contracts and then no stock available for months, This is unacceptable and think *****elend practice from vodacom
