Vodacom absolutely USELESS on every level, in every department

I have complained about all of the below issues before and they are STILL not resolved.

When doing an upgrade on ***it CLEARLY stated that there was no outstanding balance for the outstanding handset yet I am still being charged for it, a guy from Vodacom phoned me and told me that nowhere on an upgrade does it say anything about the previous handset and what is outstanding, which is a lie. Anyway I asked the store to also log a SR in this regard and got an sms today saying the instalment began 29/09/2018. This however is NOT what reflected on the upgrade that I did in July this year as the outstanding amount was R0.00. Please explain how you give customers the impression when doing an upgrade that they will not pay extra for a previous handset and then just simply charge them and say that they did not pay for 24 months? Is this to make sure that they do the upgrade, for you to deduct the instalment and hope that they do not notice? Or even better just to say that the upgrade document that they had signed for the new contract actually is untrue as the amounts you state on their are not accurate???

SECONDLY, another issue that has not even been addressed by ANYONE that I have also queried previously, how is it that 2 promo lines that also started in September 2018, meaning new contracts which runs for 24 months is only due for cancellation in December 2020? So these contracts actually run for 27 Months of which 24 are free and you get the surprise of paying for the other 3? Please also come up with an explanation or rather a lie for this.

Then, I posted about this on the 27th of AUGUST, almost an entire month ago and I have still not gotten ANY response on this as well. I have a 80GB Top up contract @ R329.00 per month. 50GB day data & 30GB night owl. According to the my Vodacom app I used 35.40GB since the 1st of August until the 26th of August. The data balance was 0GB since before the 25th of August. How is it possible that I got 50GB, used 35.40GB and my balance is zero, where is the other 14.6GB that I supposedly received and did not use?

LASTLY as far as I know Vodacom is no longer allowed to use airtime when a number runs out of data, instead the internet access should just be disabled. This however is not the case as my airtime magically disappears even when having data. I am also not subscribed to any content services so where is my airtime disappearing to?

I am constantly in arguments with Vodacom due to incorrect info being given, incorrect debit order amounts being deducted, cancellations not being processed, upgrades not being processed, upgrades being processed on the wrong packages and this is only to name a few, if I had to list every single issue I have had with Vodacom in the last 8 years since starting my First contract I would probably be sitting here typing until I am on pension.

So I've tried phoning Vodacom, the consultant who answers 'apparently' cannot hear me, 5 calls later and I have still not been assisted. Been inboxing and commenting on your Facebook page, STILL no assistance. Even tried the online chat which was also a waste of time, I am guessing the only time I will actually receive any form of communication from Vodacom is when my debit order is reversed and they want their money? I'll be waiting.
