Vodacom absolutely useless

I wish I could give a -5 star rating...

If you have a choice, do not use Vodacom for your fiber connection...

Here is my sad story: I placed an order for fiber connection. And I must say, getting all approved went very smoothly. On Wednesday, 4 March 2020 the team came and installed the fiber connection and the modem. They told us that all will be working within 48 hours. All that was left to do was to connect the fiber cable to the Vodacom infrastructure.

Well, that was on 4 March 2020 at 14:00.

Today is 16 March 2020, it is now 12 days since the installation, and still nothing is working.

I have phoned the call center almost every day, I asked to speak to a manager. I am told he/she will call me back… Needless to say, they never call back.

I have NO HOPE anymore that this will ever be connected. And I certainly have NO TRUST in this company anymore.

It is my opinion, based on my experience with them, that Vodacom is one of the most useless companies I ever had the unfortunate displeasure to had to do business with.
