Vodacom absolutely pathetic

Vodacom sent all its users black Friday deals via the my app site and when I tried to do the deal for the TV and laptop online as per steps in the app yo do it it does not go through.. so basically spent the whole time going through the process step by step entering all details and come to the end it does not go through and when I tried to resubmit it says a consultant will call me in 24hours to complete the deal..I also received SMS stating this and then ..note I app**** for this deals on the actual Friday being black Friday itself.. today a guy calls me from vodacom telling me the deals are closed and tries to sell me another laptop or phone to which I said no thanks as the only reason I wanted those items listed on the black Friday promo was it was worth it but I'm not going to pay for the same thing now and not get the extras that were shown in the black Friday deal..very shady way of operating seriously vodacom..of the deals were closed the items should not have been on the list of deals for us to waste time with in the first place or you should learn to honour the deal and give it to us as it is your fault not ours that you did not remove the deals or tell us it's no longer available. I am moving to mtn thanks for your poor service vodacom I got no time to waste my thousands monthly on a network like yours to provide service to the phones I use
