VODACOM - ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Vodacom is absolutely ridiculous. After my complaints on Hellopeter, I received a few phone calls promising to resolve my issue without any further costs/charges but to date nothing has been resolved and there accounts are still calling me stating that I owe them a balance. This whole deal has been an absolute nightmare and my name is being tarnished.
