Vodacom - absolutely no accountability for poor service

After utter incompetence in moving my fibre line to my new address, I decided to cancel my fibre line with Vodacom so that I can move to a different ISP. The cancellation was logged on the 7th of August and assigned to Janine Ngwayi. Now after 3 weeks I have had absolutely NO response from her. So now I have been without internet for a month, I am still being billed in full and I cannot move to the new ISP as Vodacom has a so-called claim on my line, even though it doesn’t work. What the hell Vodacom? Every time I try to follow up, I speak to a consultant. They are NEVER allowed to put you through to the responsible person, so they just continue to ignore your ticket because there’s absolutely no accountability when you are buffered by the staff below you. This is utter nonsense! So much for believing in an international company.

So now it’s day 5 and I am still waiting for this to be resolved. It is also 1 month exactly since I logged the cancellation request.
Apparently the agent , Janine, is notorious for never being available and not replying to queries. I requested that my case be moved to someone else. It was supposedly reassigned to Xolile Mahlangu last week, but I have still not received any cancellation documents.
Vodacom is absolutely pathetic!

Speaking to a “frontline” consultant doesn’t mean the issue has been resolved.
So do I need to wait another month now before I get my confirmation of cancellation letter?

How can Vodacom blatantly refuse to provide a confirmation of cancellation letter???? According to you, the fibre line has finally been cancelled, but it still shows as active with Openserve. Now there is no way I can finally move to another ISP. And when I phone Vodacom they refuse to give a reference number for the Openserve cancellation or a confirmation letter. Thus you are still busy *****ing me over!!! Are you kidding me? First the consultant Janine *****s up the whole cancellation process, and now, even though she asked that the line be logged with Openserve, she refuses to log the cancellation with them.
You should be ashamed of yourselves! I have NEVER had such poor service in my entire life.
