Vodacom absolutely ***********

Vodacom is absolutely pathetic. Two weeks ago I went to the branch at the Brits Mall with a complaint of not being able to us Vodacom Ticket Data. This is not the first time to complain about this issue. I have 3 phones on contract and I've had to complain several times about the fact that no one in my household can use the Ticket Data at intermittent intervals.

The last complaint was 2 weeks ago, after which I had to turn to Hello Peter again, because the issue was not resolved. After complaining, Vodacom fixed the problem, but not even a week later, I'm having the same issue again - this time with the Vodacom Social Ticket Data.

And this must be so convenient for Vodacom, because I have to buy extra data, in order for my daughter to have access to het apps. So, while Vodacom remains ***********, they're still able to '*****' my money.

I don't want to phone them anymore, because I am sick and tired of repeating myself over and over to *********** people. And I don't have the time to spent hours of the phone.

I will definitely not renew any of my contracts when the time comes.

Please sort out this nonsens. The number is ***.
