Vodacom - Absolute *******!!!!!

Vodacom - Day light *******. I had a contract with Vodacom and it has come to an end, however they just don't seem to want to cancel this contract and constantly debiting my account every month even after calling twice to cancel, promises are made about sending my query to escalations and no one calls back, this is to give them time to keep debiting my account, this is absolute theft!!!!

I called on 3rd Feb, and the consultant assured my that my contract is canceled and that only an amount of R28 will be debited, however at the end of Feb the entire amount was debited, then call back on 4th March to query this, spoke to Darlene and never heard back from Vodacom again, after i was assured that my query was going to be escalated as i wanted a refund. I was also told that my account was going to be debited again at the end of March for the full amount. Vodacom this is how you intend on making money from customers, THEFT at it's highest and will never take up any offers with you again!
