Vodacom above the law

Last week Friday my mum purchased a vodacom data packet but it was the wrong package. I want to cancel it. The package is still in the 5 day business cool of period but according to the store manager the cool off period is not applicable.

I tried to cancel it and then acquire a more expensive package from vodacom in its place but the manager would not let me. She was extremely rude and when she finally gave us a number to call to cancel the data package but they said she should cancel it. We have been going back and fort trying to cancel this package but it is no use.

But aside from that avoid vodacom in vereeniging Firstly the service isterrible. Secondly the manager is rude.
