VODACOM

I have been a loyal customer to vodacom FOR YEARS and was intending to remain as such ..

I purchased a new device in January 2023 with theft insurance . Today an incident occurred as we live in South Africa where ********* came with guns to remove the phone . Unfortunately the phone was taken. I am grateful that no life was taken but only to find out that because my sim was not in the phone I cannot claim?EVEN THOUGH THE SIM IN THE PHONE IS ON CONTRACT TOO.... It is absolutely disgusting. This will be my last time having any business with VODACOM , IT is clearly not the what the Slogan indicates
