Their service is disgusting My phone is still disconnected for weeks now apparently for an outstanding amount which they claim as owing This amount was paid on 10 March2024 and emailed to them now 4 times including physical proof being shown to their branch at Watercrest Mall. And I will still be expected to pay for a full months services which I have not recieved. DISGUSTING service.

Vodacoms disgusting service continues. This is the sequence of events since my first posting of my experience with their pathetic service Posted on Hellopeter at 11:47... email reply from Vodacom at 12:30.... Call recieved t 13:21.... email recieved from their srm department at 13:31.... my reply complete with personal details as requested including proof of payment 13:40... threatening sms at 15:32... No further contact from Vodacom and my service is still suspended!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
