ON FRIDAY 31 November went to Vodacom Eastgate to do an upgrade on the number above Received new phone together with tablet New contract was for 20gb per month and an extra 20 gb for December. To date the upgrade has not been done. Numerous visits to the store and still nothing. Dealt with lady Joyce and store manager Prof. Prof was supposed to call me back. Have received no response. When try call store on this number *** goes to a message. Contacted helpline on 135 no upgrade reflected
