Vodacom

My Apple watch has been working perfectly for a year. All of a sudden Vodacom changes something on their website and I can no longer receive data on my watch.

I have been trying to sort out for 3 weeks now.

Last week I spoke to Bertram who for a week has not been able to help me. On Friday, he suggested I go to Vodacare and have diagnostic done on watch and iPhone which I did (there is nothing wrong with either my watch or phone of course). He said he would call back on Monday to check. He tried once at 8:30am and I missed his call and then I received an SMS saying that the matter was closed???!!!

Then I spoke to Berline who deactivated and reactivated my Esim and said she would call on Wednesday to follow up. Of course this did not work either and she hasn’t bothered to call me back.

I then spoke to Maketle this morning who also deactivated and then reactivated my Esim. Of course it is still not working. She also said she would call me back and I am still waiting. She suggested I use the QR code to activate my Esim even though I told her that I have an iPhone, NOT a Samsung (which is the only phone that the QR code works on!)

I suggest someone who knows what they’re doing calls me back immediately
