*********** Vodacom!
An update on Vodacoms promises.!!31october.was the last time a lady phoned me. Been on the phone for nearly 45min...... Thought we sorted problem out! Send me a statement regarding what they owed me. Lots of promises later that their billing dep will investigate and contact me. Still waiting!!

23 Nov 2023, 16:22I have to thank two lady's from Vodacom who went the extra mile on my case/problem!! I eventually got refunded by Vodacom because of them. Olivia and Zinthle Rani...... Kept following up and wrote long reports to their supervisors. If it wasn't for their persistance I am sure I would never have been refunded. Thank you. And keep up the good work. Willie
