Vodacom

Vodacom is sending sms to the customers apologising for the load shedding(Word created by the government) means actually shortage of electricity. Apologies from vodacom are not valid for me. Their should compensate the customers, their take the money every month, but dont deliver. If you have lte, but you get only 3G or H or nothing at all, what is an apologies, as long their take my money I want a service
