Vodacom a waste of time

I have a business contract with vodacom , they cancelled my insurance without me knowing or requesting , they persistent that they are right, my contract amounts to roughly R2500 a month but the reality is you still get **** service . I would not recommend vodacom to anyone they expensive, don't know about service delivery and don't inform you that if you migrate higher there is a cost to downgrade which they give you thousands of Rands of billing to downgrade. Do yourself a favor and find an alternative network. If you get one let me know
