vodacom = a waste of space

my phone (nokia asha) has NEVER functioned properly - if I had the time, inclination or patience to go into a vodacom store to listen to incompetence excuses, they would send me to prison, as I would most certainly NOT be polite - so i have battled since I purchased this phone. If Vodacom would spend as much money on CUSTOMER SERVICE as they do in their advertising - but then again, why use money productively when u dont have too!!!!!!
