Vodacom, a useless bunch

I have be such an idiot to renew my contract with Vodacom. But let's call it school fees!

Two years ago I did a contract renewal and moved from a Black Berry (BB) to Samsung phone. This renewal was done directly with Vodacom. Upgrading from the BB also allowed me to cancel the BIS linked to the contract. As any trusting Vodacom client I assume that Vodacom will upgrade accordingly and yes, error on my part, never really checked my electronic statement. They never cancelled the BIS and continue with deductions for the two years. Fast fowarding to 14 September 2016. I actually phoned Vodacom to cancell my contract, but after speaking to one of their consultants, thought I will give it another go. Remember this is the second upgrade since my BB days. The money that was deducted for the BIS on the BB became an issue in our discussion, but the lady confirmed that it will be cancelled going forward and she will log a call to investigate the repayment of the BIS amounts (R51.75 per monthx24). Ref: 1/ ********** 0459. I again followed up on the 19th of September and Patience on tel number ********** and was again told that the upgrade must first be finalised before the BIS can be removed. Needless to say that I have just received my November 2016 statement and the BIS is still being deducted from my account. It is an utter impossiblity to phone Vodacom as their lines are constantly "experiencing high call volumes". How do I get Vodacom to stop the BIS deductions for a BB that THEY know was updated to a Samsung more that 2 years ago? How do I get a refund for their incompetence? And Vodacom, please don't tell me that the BB could still be in operation - that BB has been on the endangered species list for a long long time and you know it!!
