Vodacom a terrible company
I'm very dissatisfied in regards to the service I've been receiving from the Vodacom call centre. I called in on Monday expressing my concerns in regards to the Vodacom shake problem that I've been experiencing. I mentioned that I recharged with R55 Vodacom and redeemed my Vodacom points for a mega shake. The mega shake did not process seeing as there was an internal error. I was notified by customer care that they are experiencing network difficulties. And the problem should be resolved within 24hours it's now been 3 days. And Vodacom as blocked me from calling they call center for no apparent reason. When I called in now from my other Vodacom number I was rudely addressed by a customer service agent. Very dissapointed and dissatisfied since I've been using the Vodacom network from 2002. Absolutely terrible customer service. And it's only been twice that i called. Ihave now spoken to a guy by the name of lerato a supervisor who cannot even explain as to how to help me because he has no clue. He had transferred me to the vodabucks store who initially cut the call off. That's Vodacom for you no interest in customer service they all good and well to make they customers recharge but do not offer them they rightful privileges for competitions run.

20 Nov 2020, 15:53My query has not been resolved since the call was dropped twice in regards to network issues. I was just on a call with a representative by the name of Lance who's been talking to me as if I'm he's child. Its so ridiculous that on the Vodacom app you get two shakes which you use and you gain prizes from. But when you do a mega shake that you redeemed for 5 vodabucks you gain absolutely nothing than why make us recharge with so much of funds. This is the first time that I've done a mega shake and basically gained nothing. Reason being on the app it does not even state that you may not qualify for anything whilst doing a mega shake. I've been a valued customer of Vodacom from 2002 and just within this week alone I've experienced endless problems with them. They actually making me rethink joining this network. This guy Lance has a cheek to ask me what should he do to resolve this problem and what do I want from him. From the call centre agent Tsatsawani Nkuna who can't even spell out her own email address to Thandeko the floor supervisor who cannot assist to this guy Lance who has no respect in regards to the way to handle a call nor deal with a customer and actually has the nerve to sigh over the phone it's down right basically rude and disrespectful. I honestly feel that this guy Lance didn't want to provide me with proper assistance seeing as I'm an Indian and my issue or concern does not take priority. If this is the case I'm taking all my family members and friends of Vodacom and going to do alot more to make my concerns heard since I have a marketing page with over 2500 followers. Vodacom needs to know that not all clients are idiots and you cannot talk to them and treat them however you feel like. Doesn't mean we are of different race or our intellectual thinking may be different that you can just walk over people. I guarantee you this won't work with me.
