Vodacom a ******* with their bogus once of charges

I am soooooo tired of Vodacom for the last 3 months I have been billed once of charges for amounts that u would never pay for e.g. 100MB MI or 1GB data, ridiculous charges that does not make sense really why would I purchase these at those prices when I can get them for cheaper and what is even more annoying is that Vodacom has totally ignored all my emails to them they cannot give me a reasonable explanation and proof of purchases or why I am being charged as I never could pay those prices as I said before.
