Vodacom a Predator

I am writing this note to you to voice my concern and irritation with your services.

I have purchased from my airtime, some voice minutes and cannot use them as I subsequently found out that they only apply from Voadacom to Vodacom numbers. I purchased these from your app and it does not indicate that this is a condition of purchase, This is disingenuous and predatory. I will never do this again.

I further note, how am I to know who on my contact list is on Vodacom ? This is further evidence of you being disingenuous and in this case also unfair. Many of my contacts have an original Vodacom number but have ported their number to another service provider.( This in itself tell me something. )

It is clear that my purchase was useless and I am unable to use the voice minutes.

Your company in my experience has become a predator in the corporate world and your services leave a lot to be desired.
