VODACOM A MESSED UP NETWORK SERVICE PROVIDER

This is a very long overdue complain about my recent experience with my once was favourite network service provider.

Here is the thing, I took a contract with vodacom months ago which was on special. I am supposed to be paying nothing more than R210 including caller ID. Now one day i requested that they give me 1GB data for one month once off to be precise. I called in again to request that they stop the data from recurring as i receive a 20GB of the same messed up network from my work, well it kept on recurring and debiting my hard and well budgeted money living me out of budget.

I called the contact centre a couple of times and months in row. They assured me that they have cancelled it but come the 15th my money dololo, right into vodacom account. One month i got so ****ed that i had to stop the debit order, well me being me i decided to just pay it during the month. Guess what? they debited R645 from my account in addition to what i had paid that month. Wait Now for the most interesting part (30 Nov 16) i called requesting them to cancel the data and pay back all my money they have been debiting all the months. Now because they have all the rights and powers they cant refund me all my money. Fine not done with that still on the call then im being put on the line for more than 15 minutes of my precious time, then guess what, after all the holding, they transfer me to customer rating then the call just goes AWOL. Yha vodacom "my service" provider. Bad Badder Baddest service to be exact. Now i will never recommend anyone to use this service, considering that i made a recommendation that they use their WIFI modems at work, i regret it. We bought more that 150 20GB Wifi modems and i must say i will recomment another network like telkom for the next upgrade. Vodacom is just messed up
