Vodacom a ****mer

I have two contracts with Vodacom, one for Home Data and another one for data and minutes. I started noticing that I was being charged extra from end of January 2025 but I assumed it was the normal annual increase. The weird part is that this amount kept increasing every month until I checked my invoice and realized that Vodacom has been billing me for Entertainment Services. I called the accounts department to find out what this one for and I was told that I activated the services but I told them I never did. The consulted promised to cancel the subscription and also told me that all those payments will be credited back into my account. A month later I receive my invoice and the Entertainment Services is still appearing. The first call I made was on the 26th April 2025, and the 2nd call was on Mother's day. I then spoke to a guy for almost 2 hours and the call was a total waste of my time as I got the assistance I thought I would have. I was accused of activating this service so I asked him to advise on how to cancel it and he could not. I then decided to reverse my debit order and also stop the future debit orders as it was clear that I was not going to get any assistance from anyone from Vodacom. I then started getting emails that my account is in arrears and that I should make payment immediately, otherwise my services will be disconnected. I called again on the 30 or 31 May 2025 and spoke to another lady who assured me that this will be investigated further and that all those payments will be reversed and the money credited into my account. She then promised to call me today as she said her shift was between 10am and 14: 00 and until now...no call. And now Vodacom is threatening to disconnect the services and yet they are the one ripping me off.
