VodaCom"a helping hand'

In 2009/2010 I have a cell phone contract with vodacom. Everything went well until the factory I was working for took a dip financially. There were not peers due to the financial downturns. As you all know what happens when there is no orders, short time and less money to meet your financial obligations. During that time, I did not know what to do when it comes to the monthly instalments for my phone. Then I skipped one, two then three instalments. Then Vodacom phones me to understand what was going on. Then I explained to them all my monetary woes. Then the person I was speaking worked out an agreement that suited my monthly repayments plus interest of the previous unpaid instalments. I was then able to pay all the money I owed to Vodacom because of the help they have to me. Thanks very much VodaCom. But the problem is, I recently app**** for a new cell phone contract with Vodacom but I was denied a cell phone contract because someone forgot to remove my name from customers who are blacklisted by Vodacom after so many years. I am still a vivid Vodacom client and I plan to remain a client for many years to come. I hope and pray that Vodacom will have thorough look at my case and give a cell phone contract. Vodacom power to you. Thanks
