Vodacom a great disappointment
I have been a Vodacom customer for over 20 years and have been badly treated by Vodacom who have epically failed to deliver my upgrade phone, watch and laptop to me for over a week. I have asked for a cancellation with no penalties. I definitely intend to move to a better service provider given this shocking and disappointing experience.
