Vodacom, a failure of epic proportions

The poorest or the poor. What a shocking experience, unwilling uncooperative staff and total lack of will to solve client issues!! What failure of an organisation Vodacom has become

Dear Vodacom,

Thank you for another empty response, I have been waiting for a consultant for more than 6 months and today alone been in 3 different stores and a number of phone calls to resolve the despicable level of service you provide.

Disappointed at all levels

Dear Vodacom,,

You lie, I have had the number for many years with Vodacom. I have a P700 profile which is not even the issue.

You have just further displayed you ineptitude and willingness to resolve client issues.

Funny how I am not even surprised by the poor service anymore

Dear Vodacom,

The abysmal service continues;

  1. I tried to cancel my contract on 29 January 2022, 35 days later I still have not received an SMS or email to state that my contract has been cancelled
  2. The call centre (***) agent confirmed that the contact would be cancelled, they ****. I was debited for the contract again at the end of February 2022
  3. To date, not one person from Vodacom, other than the lie in the previous message has tried to contact me to resolve the now ISSUES and no longer just an issue
  4. I believe that this is a case for the CPA and police due to the ********** activity by means of debit order, post my cancellation request.

What more does one have to do to get Vodacom to acknowledge their failings and dishonourable service to their clients!?!
