VODACOM A DISGRACE
Good,
I am very disappointing with Vodacom Online sale department.The Agents are very unprofessional, I mean its online it should not take longer to get to customers and the only way to get in touch with customer is through communication. I have been following up with no luck, they keen on transferring me to various departments. IT ANNOYING!
