Vodacom a dinosaur !
Vodacom is trailing as a modern service provider. It has become a dinosaur in the industry. I have a modern iPhone 12 which allows a dual sim or e-sim, however Vodacom does not support this e-sim for the iPhone. The other service providers do support e-sim. Vodacom are you going out of business or winding your operations down in SA? I do see lots of unhappy clients and complaints about you. So why do you not keep up with technology ? For those that read this and you want an e-sim then stay away from Vodacom. The other service providers are able and willing to assist.

10 Jun 2022, 08:59Once again I write a review for an *********** badly run company. I asked about an e- sim for an iPhone which does have this facility. I received a reply that this is available to have however and this is the poison, only with a compatible iWatch. Not what I asked ! The question begs does Vodacom offer an e sim for an iPhone 12, (no watch mentioned)? Hence my comment as to Vodacom being a dinosaur, the other providers do offer this service , no connected watch needed. Vodacom is trailing in this technology. Vodacom qualify this fact and admit this.
